i think you miss the point- if TLS is forced to declare all their domestic mobile networks due to the ACCC, then what action do you think TLS will take to compensate?
the "short" answer - Armageddon .
surely, even Malcolm Trumble will react to this , but then again i will hedge my bets to be on the safe side.
