    Please explain to me how major shareholders as in new or existing can increase or decrease shareholding while in a trading halt , I think it sounds like great news especially if some entity wants to increase their shareholding , I assume it is as private placement but my brain is too small to figure it out , I'm going to play on my skateboard now tia glta
