Roger an ASX listed company doesn't need a cent to acquire a great resource project.

Just approach a private company with some good ground and say 'we'll issue you X amount of shares in OKL if you give us your project'.

It's actually a better way of making an acquisition as the share price doesn't need to drop first as it ordinarily would if shares were issued to raise actual cash money to pay for said acquisition.
