When Directors buy shares, some graphs shows SP goes up or down after purchase. Same thing does happen when they sell. SP do go up or down after sell.

The results today were fantastic but not like a bonanza 50% copper find. The finding of copper is everywhere. For me, the results are not a hit and miss but a hit and continously hitting and all shallow finds.

I've seen SP drop 30% on billions of dollar deal with China (WPL) and then tripling in value over a couple of years.

Everyone has a different view point. SELL if you feel the SP is over priced. BUY if you think the SP is undervalued. Everyone has a different pulse on AVB.
I'm no doctor on AVB. You sell or buy at your own judgement.
