Well, I paid my $5k this morning, walked to the post office with signed form in my pocket, got there and it was gone! Hopefully some sensible person has found the letter and posted it for me, since it is in a prepaid envelope. Any one else have any ideas - do you reckon I will need the signed form or is it OK to EFT the payment with the reference number?
