Unfortunately for Mal and Phil, the golden photo opps are few and far between. The rich shoots can run at 50oz/t. That's about a hundred bucks worth in every handful. Even so, you're unlikely to actually see any big masses of gold amongst the 995kg of quartz in every tonne. Unlikely but not impossible. Holtermann's grandfather is lurking down there somewhere!
