The NZ investment, BAO has $24m NTA in the fund, check the latest announcements, they sold $104m asset repayed debt , refinanced and will start Dividends,I belive we will apply for return of capital, aprox 3c per BAO share alone,BMP $10.4 or $4.24 per share is fine, centro /roselands is another within a year and a few others,MUE has cash in hand in AUS $35m aprox,I would think will be returned to shareholders ASAP, we have 10% of the trust I think? easy money buying at these prices, vote will get up. Throw the last few cents in to the super fund .Good luck.
