    Put my vote in for 1mill shares. Upon reflection a wind up is the only option for MPIF. Most courts order wind ups in a dispute anyway so they will never win a challenge for another result.. I was involved in a partnership dispute and the Supreme Court ordered a wind up. Didnt want to hear any arguments about payouts. BAO shareholders will vote 95% in favour in my view.
