    Issue price of 0.2c is actually pretty good. If it was 0.1c then I would be really worried. That someone is willing to buy $4mil worth of FUT at market is telling us that there has to be some really good news on its way. It's actually better to have cap raising ann now, and then release good news if any to push SP up to help with the uptake. I'm going to participate to my full entitlement.
