Baotau (the biggest Chinese RE producer) will spend $1.3b as reported on enviro problems at all it's plants.
If Baotau are spending all this money, surely all the other RE Co. in China will need to also spend $ to bring their plants up to required standard.
I believe Baotau may of been whispered a future requirement of significantly stricter new enviro standards which will significantly impact the 320,000tpa of REO which meet current standards.
