- the 9/11 attack with all its pursuant heavy expenditure;
- the Bali Bombing;
- the cronyism of the over paid and under worked Ansett 'workers' and their vehement attacks on anyone who did not immediately succumb to their exorbitant demands;
- the East Timor Intervention, which only occurred because of the Whitlam Government's weak kneed approach to the Indonesian Government's invasion, many decades before;
- the introduction of gun control in the immediate aftermath of the Port Arthur Massacre, even though a substantial portion of his own constituency were vehemently opposed to it (I bet Our Julia would not have had to guts to introduce such legisaltion);
- took over an economy mired in a mountain of debt and reduced it BEFORE the advent of the boost from the Chinese economy;
- gave numerous reductions in the Personal tax rates (rightly deserved), which had been mangled by years of inflation.
And by comparision what has the insipid Julia/Swan duo achieved:
-installed incorrectly and with two deaths, numerous pink bats;
-introduced,with the assistance of the Tiresome Greens a Carbon Tax, a tax that she vehemently declared BEFORE the Federal elction, she would NOT introduce;
- spent all (and more) the wealth bequeathed to it by the previous Federal Liberal Government, and turned a substantial Surplus into a mind boggling Deficit;
- spent billions (with billions more to come)on a system that, in five years time, will be outdated;
- wants to spend billions mor of money IT DOESN'T HAVE on Education (don't we spend billions already) and disabilty support.
Let the drum beats roll on, with an ever higher intensity, for an early Federal election, BEFORE this fiscally inept Government sends this country tumbling down the dirty and dingy fiscal cellar of fiscal ineptitude!
