    Gee I was looking at its history-listed for $1.1+ in June, sold for $1.84 in July and now for rent for $850 interesting!! Nice house though

    What I want to know though-was this a case of underquoting and was the agent fined, or was he just so hopelessly incompetant that he was $700k out on his estimate...lol
