    Bought a house in a million dollar neighbourhood and paid around the 2003 price, right place right time and with the cash and conditions to negotiate. And yes ..... I was again prepared to pay 10% more than what I did, and maybe a bit more this time, because it was exactly what we wanted. Whether property boomed or busted, I was always buying late 2014 early 2015 as I have stated on here many times.

    If you are looking at the right end of the market you can buy heavily discounted property on the GC, just don't expect to make a profit on it, and probably factor in it could fall further. I certainly dont advocate borrowing heavily, as you will be underwater in no time.

    But lucky for me it looks like Hawkers and SL are tipping I will make a killing on this deal. Oh the irony .... Boom baby boom ..... all the way. Lol
