If you are looking at the right end of the market you can buy heavily discounted property on the GC, just don't expect to make a profit on it, and probably factor in it could fall further. I certainly dont advocate borrowing heavily, as you will be underwater in no time.

But lucky for me it looks like Hawkers and SL are tipping I will make a killing on this deal. Oh the irony .... Boom baby boom ..... all the way. Lol

Do you even understand irony? If you want an example of irony its a know it all, done everythign bloke who spends half his life going on about how properrty is going to crash by 30% and then goes and buys a million dollar house-THATS IRONIC!

So you must be expecting to loose $300k then eh Scotty....lol...
