    Well said Sector. I haven't been on this forum for over a year and still same dribble from bears.

    GFC was in 2008 and still some people are expecting a crash, yet property keeps going up every year.

    It's one of the very few investments where income is tied to inflation And essential as part of a balanced portfolio.

    Any future pull back will be minimal compared to gains since GFC IMO.
