(Cefa, America's publicly stated intention earlier this year of returning to the moon was in response to claims, paid little attention to by the media, that China was preparing to mine an element that appears on the moon, but not on earth).
Tis good really, why should resource conflicts just be confined to planet earth ... let's export them as far as we can throughout the solar system ... and is there anyone more experienced at exporting such conflicts?
