Perhaps the worst ARPUs are behind us, Optus increasing their prices.

Also from the comments, Telecube increasing their prices as well (i had never heard of them though)

Im not sure how it will effect our ARPU's, we have a lot (and high proportion) of 12Mbps users, the article says it makes it a difficult decision for us, but i dont see it, maybe im missing something. It might just mean there is some extra wastage as we need to maintain two groups of spare capacity rather than one, but that should be less of a problem for RSP's with lots of users (the big 4).
We have similar number of 12Mbps users as Optus, but they have a lot of higher speed users than us, so they would be focusing their plans with them in mind.
Optus and Vodafone are stopping selling 12 Mbps plans, which could send some user towards Dodo.
Another thing to consider with plans, is that with ASC opening up soon, there might be a temptation to push high speed plans to utilize that asset more. It is a small amount of the cost though, so i guess it wouldn't be a major consideration.
