Some of you may disagree...but I'm willing to bet that Christine Holmann resigned in such a short period of time because she requested for clarity and detail surrounding the 'numbers' and she didn't get it.  She is a career-director (not defamatory - there is nothing wrong with making a career out of being a director of multiple boards).  She is a career director and not a punter.

This is partially why the private equity deal fell through.  Just look at all the restated figures today.
