Apparently we have insurance against costs to the company, which was disclosed by Geoff at an AGM, IIRC he said to cost a fair bit, but it wasnt disclosed how much. Directors are expected to have their own professional insurance i believe.
So my understanding is that its a fight between class action lawyers and insurance company lawyers now, hopefully a fight to the death.
