Yea i read that too, i dont think we have to worry about ACCC, because there is competition, there are four companies with their own backhaul, thats the only competitive advantage, and there is no artificial barrier to entry, the rest is down to scale of operations and NBNCo rules, which ACCC supervise.
My concern is more about the shape of consumer internally (taken with the CRN article below), our ability to adapt to changing circumstances, get over legacy issues etc, but realising i probably should have worried a year ago, seems like we are progressing now.
