Perhaps the position of CTO isnt deemed necessary anymore, seemed like part of the reason for his appointment was to support the Transformation/Integration process under Geoff, which is probably mostly done. I can perhaps imagine Kevin Russell seeing the position in the same light as the cost-out, it doesnt need a special focus, its just expected to be a part of normal operations.

I wonder when Andrew Wildblood starts with Enterprise andGovernment ?
