Infact if you have the gumption, this is the exact right time to begin buying Oil stocks?
Too many run and hide at a hint of "bad news" or fluctuations on other markets, even when the story is one of the best going around. We need some stronger hands in the game ATM, not frightened traders who have not got the foresight to see a bright future?
IMO / DYOR - rubbish strategy - "best time to buy is when there is blood on the streets - even if that blood is your own"
