I love how they disguise the $148m capital raises as Sezzle related when in fact it's just another pan handling moment by zip to cover losses (improve the balance sheet- lol!)
It even says in the letter if the deal doesn't go ahead they will use it for "general business expenses"

wouldn't be surprised if they don't raise the full $148m. I don't think there are enough morons left to milk
