Nice thought, but it won't pass muster. MSB may be receiving recurring revenue by then but it is highly unlikely to be more than costs. If revenue is higher it will be in he form of partnership up-front costs/bio-bucks, so it won't be considered self-sustaining.
Add a few months to a year and I strongly agree with you, although I'm not sure what length track record is required to satisfy the investment criteria of our old friend @madamswer
