I wonder if and when they will announce a partner for the farm down of the remaining acerage in Goshen County.

As already mentioned on this forum, that most of the unsold land up north could be the best of all as it's in the 70+ Ohm resitivity area and 40+ is considered highly prospective for oil!!

Also note that break even for the Niobrara is US $29bbl !!

We are flying under the radar at the moment as evidenced by the small volumes and stagnent sp but once we get a few wells producing to confirm what we think is there then I would expect the real action to start.

Could be another week till I have more funds available and crossing my fingers that sp stays low before I add 20% to my holding.
