I respect your views and no doubt O & G companies would run their eye over it, especially the buyer and potential JV partner if they are big enough.

But...I look at it like poker. SSN has winning hand (money in the bank) but what is under the rest of Niob' land is the unknown (in general). 300% or 1000% not a bad choice, and allows me to remain in equilibrium. Good luck.
