A little help required. To me, the lastest announcement appears to be good news. But, the latest opinions seem to rate the news as bad for the short term SP, why is that. I was under the assumption that good news would drive the price up. Don't get me wrong, I'm in PRR for the long haul, but I'm just trying to understand the market reaction.
