As a sometime critic of MSB I tend to agree with you. This is a decent milestone notwithstanding the relevant key approval is still up to 6 months away. Given the share price hit it's taken and even given this was expected I'm a little surprised the response has been so modest.
It gives a firm date to a key milestone and gives some cause for optimism leading in to September.
