If we re-read the THR geo reports carefully, we will find that there are rich U3O8 "lenses" at Daicos. I have assayed these, and I have also assayed the marginal ground in between the "lenses". Now the spacing is not uniform, but being a brave old geo who is attemting to assist you, I would guess that the average grade of the ore at Daicos would be running at around 0.5% to 0.3% U3O8 ON THE SURFACE.
Now if you do your sums carefully [and I can assist you} you will conclude that this is very profitable to mine open cut as long as we can be sure about our metallurgy. But I agree with you , this is a very interesting prospect. Conix
