if you are a BNB shareholder, then yes you have "done your dough" and it is time to move on. There is absolutely no hope for your shares.

If you are a BNBG holder there is some hope that either: (i) you will be made an offer to buy your notes back at a discount to face value in the next couple of weeks. In order to be eligible for this offer, you will probably have to have filed an "Exit Notice". In the event that the offer is derisory, there may be a case for legal action against BBIPL to recoup the face value of the notes (plus interest).
