Yes, and i remember theres argument about BHP not paying tax. This tax thing is, the big boys can avoid billions of dollars of tax, legally, and yet the small daigous avoid a few thousand become illegal. It is the problem of the system, and too rigid to enforce tax law by thebook and let the loophole through. Sometimes a "wise" and strong leadership which rule on common sense and not by the dead law sentence is better for the country. I have to stop here before go into too much politics.
