The assumption of the 280 mill needed may be on quite shaky ground.

What are you thoughts on the reality of Anteris that is spending 40 mill Au on R&D versus Edwarde LS at one billion US per year, how is that possible to compete with, without a blank check available to Anteris?

By 2028 that equates to 160 million Au versus 4 billion US, that does not even take into account operational costs of the two.

The Edwardes IP alone will be at what level by that time?, the Anteris IP enough to take significant market share?, or on a level like the CardioCel which while a Company saver not necessarily a Company maker.

The 280 million figure, surely as it gets closer to 2028 the expenditure by the Company will need to be in multiples of 80 million per year?, and on a side note with dilution figures way higher than envisaged.

On future CRs, the inability of the Company to be raising at way higher levels because of factors such as what is happening right now with shares being bought at lower levels to be sold into any future sp rises?

Do you see this Company as a highly speculative one?, at below 2 cents (pre-consolidation) you would have to think so.

    Cheers mate.

    Imo.
