Hi Superchic---------------------love the word ' spurious' but could not fit it into any description of my statement. Have I missed its meaning ? ' '...genuine but false'? I am talking about the US of A --- re litigation --------------they do so at the drop of a hat and I believe, if you got a second rate 'heart valve' - hardnosed would not come into it and am sure most lawyers could see $$$$$$$$$$.
