I am a little intrigued by your following comment:

Like a few others, I am just a casual observer on the URA thread and am not a holder, just curious how you can describe management as "legitimate" but within the same sentence describe them as distant, vague and denying shareholders and the market adequate disclosure!!

URA and legitimate management....would that not be an oxymoron given your assessment as above?
