@Jeju RNU a soon to be graphite miner and down stream processor of sperical graphite have been offered 200mill loan/grant they have 12 months to complete a list of requirements to gaurentee the loan.So i think you are correct a lot needs to be organised before a company applies for a loan.VMS is nowhere near that stage Inmo the government will need to see a bfs amongst other things.(I dont hold RNU)
