Remember a while back they were pretty bullish about European equities on the back of a Macron win in the French elections, since then European markets down around 4 to 5 percent.
Portfolio is meant to be pretty agile and short term in nature, but maybe the above has some investors sitting on the sidelines while Europe trades sideways before it's next major movement.
