    I agree Henster. If you take the Shareprice average of the last year you will see that 0% premium is being paid.With supposedly a good quarter ahead of us, I can only conclude that we , IGR, have a major problem somehow with the UG development.

    The late cap raising imho was indeed a way to force us to accept this deal at a 6-1 ratio. Although i can see the clear benefits of the merger and I am happy with that; it does leave a nasty taste in general.
