    Many thanks GS, I have always enjoyed your posts but most of all your commitment to such a cause has been amazing. Well done mate. I don't know where you got your info from, but it was always worthy of a read.

    The tax dollars will definitely be worth it. I had a six figure investment once with TZL, that has been slowly and sometimes quickly, whittled away over the years. With a Capital Gain that was going to cost me, the maths are fairly easy.
