They will base the CR offer on the VWAP on the days leading up to Pfizer's original offer appearance. Subject it to a discount on that basis and then offer it to instos or "sophisticated investors" is my belief.

I can't see the CR even being at 0.10 but a realistic CR offer figure may be between 0.055-0.075.
