I know this is not the right forum to post a technical issue but I know you guys will be up at night and I need help

I'm not particularly computer literate and I have a new computer with bloody Vista which has been giving me the biggest load of crap you can imagine for the last 2 weeks.

Somehow or other it has decided to increase everything in size and no matter what I do I can't get it to go back to the default settings it all came with - so much so that I can't read charts because they are all so bloody big.

I have tried to restore the original settings but nothing happens. If anyone can help me I would be so grateful.
