The remuneration is at an appropriate level for the job. re: "paying them so much means we havre (sic) clots instead of geniuses", I'm curious about how you would frame an argument that geniuses turn their nose up at good pay.
Current performance? Aye there's the rub, Scott, the subjective component of that is quite hefty.
