Further to the ASX announcement of 20 November 2014, Quickflix Limited (“Quickflix” or
“the Company”) is pleased to advise that a copy of an Offer Information Statement was
lodged today with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (“ASIC”) in relation
to an offer to Quickflix customers of up to 333,333,334 fully paid ordinary shares in the
Company at an issue price of $0.003 per share to raise up to approximately $1 million
before costs (“the Offer”).
