My next idea is to buy the Hilton on Queen Street with a bloated government grant (interest free payable over 50 years)
Lease out management rights to run my Vanuatu villa
and lease out all rooms to the Immigration Department at a 6 star daily rate.
Refurbish all 6 restaurants in appropriate customer decor and have happy hour 4-10pm every day.
The ballroom can be rebuilt into a mosque and the swimming pools used for stress relief therapy eg. sun baking, mini golf, water sports and learn to swim classes.
