Flogit, far be it from me to burst your balloon, but the results you describe as "smaller higher quality deposit", and which the relevant announcement trumpets as "highest ever grades", are actually so poor that even the best of them would not make the Balama cut-off grade of 13% graphite. In other words, all the material sampled to date would be classed, at Balama, as waste.
There could be an uphill task involved in convincing a banker to fund an operation where so much expensive upgrading is needed to produce a marketable product.
