curious99, you are clearly very close to the action on this one. You have a total of 4 posts, all on this thread. Let me make a few points about GBM.
Firstly, they have a combination of good ground and a workable plant. The plant uses some cutting edge technology so unsurprisingly, it is having a few teething problems.
Secondly, as as been pointed out, the company has access to several $M of unused credit facilities so they shouldn't be having difficulties paying the bills. I am speculating that there have been a few legal issues which needed sorting out. This has been the drift of some of the recent announcements. Very powerful laws exist to protect us against insolvent trading and I am confident that GBM would not engage in this practice.
