From the 25th Oct RSG announcement:

'Resolute has executed Share Sale Agreements with certain Noble shareholders to acquire 19.99% of Noble shares in exchange for Resolute shares, CONDITIONAL UPON the proposed Zhongrun placement NOT progressing and Resolute’s A$85 million Financing Offer being accepted by Noble'

So RSG have at present acquired 131,099,200 shares.

Wei An and Sino both continue to hold NMG shares.

Wei An and Sino share sales agreements with RSG were signed by the same director - Angela Chen.

Gold Resources isnt listed separately in the top 20 so holding must be held under one of the nominees. Interestingly their address is listed in the 25/10 announcement as 'BANK OF AMERICA TOWER-Hong Kong'

Gold Resources director/signee, also acted as the witness for the share sale of Dai Wen Qing shares.

So all parties involved with the share sales to RSG are based in Hong Kong. Due to shares being held under nominess we can't tell how many more shares are based in Hong Kong holders hands.

With the extra Wei An and Sino shares voted against resolution 6, that is already brings the against numbers against resolution 6 upto over 29%.

I just hope that RSG haven't been behind the Bank of America shenanigans, that have been going on.
