dilute or non-dilute has nothing to do with small share holders asif you hold bloody 10% of NMG. If Zhongrun can bring the price up to 20cents, then I will vote for it.
Resloute can not bring cash into NMG, what can we expect from 15 million dollars. To pay Bank's debts?. how about the rest 15mllion dollars. without the cash fllows, Bibiani would not be rumped up,and the share price will be 5 cents. If Zhongrun join in NMG with 87.5m, Bibiani will start producing, the price will be easily going to over 23 cents. I think that is evrt small share holder wants to see instead of 20% share exchange and NMG stuck in awaiting stage.
