Running up to the settlement the price "should move" towards 50c, with the buyback taking it somewhat higher.
As you mention further info on remaining assets and cashflow from existing wells will add more over time.
But as it trades now this far below cash, downside is limited.
Look at LRL (Leyshon) if you want to see how a company with cash and no producing assets has traded.
