--> That's a better reason! But if the news flow is even slightly less-than-expected, expect a catastrophic sell-off in these market conditions. The downside is far, far more alarming than the upside, which will go ignored by the market till things stabilise.

Possible Nasdaq listing
--> It's been 'possible' and 'expected' and 'any day now' for 12+ Months.

Possible tip by share magazine as SP is at the year's lowest level.
--> you're kidding, right?
