Well the 60 day time period lapsed last week so the refined clinical protocal & IND for 2566 Retts Syndrome can be assumed is now with the FDA (although i actually expect it was probably filed earlier than the 60 day mark), we're also heading towards end of month with the PhaseI oral formulation targetted for completion. I don't neccessarily expect any form of update on these by end of month just posting to mark time.
